The Contracts & Pricing Analyst will support the organization's Market Access contracting and pricing activities. Primary responsibilities and activities of the position will include managing customer agreements, maintaining contract data, and providing analytical insights that support strategic decision-making. It will also be tasked with monitoring contract performance, validating financial transactions, preparing business reports, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations across a range of commercial and government healthcare customers. It will partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Market Access, Finance, Government Pricing, Sales Operations, and Account Management, to support customer relationships, business performance, and operational excellence while driving process improvements and reporting efficiencies.
• Assist with the preparation, maintenance, and implementation of PBM, payer, Medicaid Supplemental, GPO, DHA, direct purchase, specialty pharmacy, and other customer agreements, including amendments and supporting documentation.
• Prepare monthly Market Access reports, including market share tracking, prescription trends, and indirect customer volume.
• Maintain contract databases, trackers, and repositories to ensure complete and accurate records of contract terms, effective dates, rebate structures, and payment obligations.
• Review rebate, administrative fee, and chargeback calculations for accuracy and compliance with contract terms. Investigate discrepancies and coordinate resolution with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors. Submit evidence of review to Associate Director, Contracts & Pricing for final approval.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports on contract performance metrics, rebate trends, chargeback activity, customer utilization, and gross-to-net impacts in support of internal stakeholders including Corporate Account Directors, Finance, Government Pricing, and Sales Operations.
• Assist management with preparing pricing committee materials, including financial analyses, deal summaries, and contract comparisons.
• Respond to internal inquiries and assist with external inquiries regarding rebate calculations, contract terms, customer eligibility, membership updates, chargebacks, administrative fees, rebate disputes, and payment reconciliations.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools that improve visibility into contract performance, customer profitability, and market access program effectiveness.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives designed to enhance contract administration, financial controls, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $70,000 to $85,000. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including experience, qualifications, skills, and business needs.
