Education Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Work Experience:
- Minimum 7 -10 years’ experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry with a minimum of 4 years Market Access experience, preferably national account management.
- Broad pharmaceutical and/or health industry experience including two or more years of management experience, including sales management and/or brand management and/or financial/contract management/analysis along with experience independently managing national or regional accounts with an emphasis on contracting
- Strong background in ROI evaluation
- Record of building high, value-added, service-oriented Market Access relationships.
- Prior people management preferred
- Prior experience within CNS and epilepsy preferred

- Strong ability to work cross functionally across sales, marketing, market access, contracts and pricing, trade, and senior leadership
- Strong project management, analytical thinking skills, and financial modeling skills
